1010 Printing Limited acquired 4.1% stake in The Quarto Group, Inc. (LSE:QRT) from Lau Chuk Kin for £0.92 million on October 9, 2020. Under the terms of transaction, 1010 Printing purchased 1.679743 million shares, representing approximately 4.1% of the issued share capital of Quarto at the price of £0.545 per Quarto Share. Immediately before the acquisition, 1010 Printing and Lau Chuk Kin held approximately 32.6% and 8.2% of the issued share capital of Quarto, respectively. Immediately after the acquisition, 1010 Printing and Lau Chuk Kin hold approximately 36.7% and 4.1% of the issued share capital of Quarto, respectively. The internal resources of Lion Rock have funded the consideration of the acquisition.
