The Place Holdings Limited Announces Retirement of Wen Yao-Long as Non-Executive Director and Zhang Wei as Executive Director

The board of directors of The Place Holdings Limited announced that, Mr. Wen Yao-Long and Mr. Zhang Wei, who did not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting of the company held on 25 April 2018, retired as Non-Executive Director and Executive Director of the company, respectively after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
