JGWPT Holdings Inc. Announces Executive Changes

JGWPT Holdings Inc. announced Stewart A. Stockdale has been named Chief Executive Officer and Director effective immediately. He succeeds David Miller who has resigned. The company also announced that the Board of Directors elected Alexander R. Castaldi as Chairman of the Board.

He has been a director of the company since 2005 and has been a Managing Director at JLL Partners for the last eleven years.
