Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was PHP 310,815,847 or PHP 18.91 basic and diluted per share against PHP 333,712,320 or PHP 20.29 basic and diluted per share a year ago. For the six months, the company reported revenues of PHP 1,180,013,401 against PHP 1,663,078,983 a year ago. Operating income was PHP 323,089,875 against PHP 763,880,597 a year ago. Profit before tax was PHP 411,600,943 against PHP 849,849,221 a year ago. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was PHP 342,107,750 or PHP 20.81 basic and diluted per share against PHP 741,650,571 or PHP 45.09 basic and diluted per share a year ago. Net cash from operating activities was PHP 288,062,339 against PHP 828,126,277 a year ago. Acquisitions of property and equipment were PHP 206,731,353 against PHP 157,864,640 a year ago. Book value per share as on November 30, 2016 was PHP 393.69 against PHP 399.37 a year ago. The decline in net profit is affected by the implementation of K-12 program during the current School Year (S.Y.) coupled by the shift in FEU and FEU Institute of Technology's (FEU Tech) academic calendar.
