Hyesung Jeon acquired an additional 2.85% stake in The E&M Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A089230) from Deukhyun Nam for KRW 4.5 billion on August 26, 2019. As per terms, Hyesung Jeon acquired 3 million shares at KRW 1500 per share and increased stake in The E&M Co., Ltd. to 10.1%.
