Thaifoods Group Public Company Limited Approves the Appointment of Assanee Subvanich as the Member of Audit Committee

Thaifoods Group Public Company Limited announced that the Board of Directors' meeting of the company held on February 25, 2020 approved the appointment of Mr. Assanee Subvanich as the Member of Audit Committee in replacement of Audit Committee position which had resign. The appointment shall be effective on February 25, 2020 onwards.
