At the Board of Directors Meeting of Thai Nippon Rubber Industry Public Company Limited (the Company) held on 24 December 2020, the Company's Board of Directors resolved the establishment of a subsidiary in USA with the following details: Company name - TNR USA INC., Register date - Within 3 months and Investment objective - to import and distribute the Group`s products. Shareholding structure: Thai Nippon Rubber Industry Public Co., Ltd. holds 100% of shares
Registered capital: USD 10,000 (10,000 shares at the par value of USD 1). Source of fund: the Company's working capital.
Thai Nippon Rubber Industry Public Co., Ltd. is a Thailand-based company, which is engaged in manufacturing and distributing condoms and lubricating gels, including manufacturing paper packaging products. The Company has the ONETOUCH brand and other trademarks under the Company's license, selling both domestically and internationally through distribution to modern, traditional stores and online stores. It offers condoms in a variety of styles, including size, texture, color, smell and packaging. It also offers condoms with special characteristics, such as benzocaine. The Company produces condoms and lubricant (OEM) according to the needs of both domestic and international customers with customers all over the world.
