(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the best and worst performers on the Small-Cap Friday afternoon in Piazza Affari.

FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

Tessellis does best of all and rises 11 percent to EUR0.61 per share. The company together with GO internet announced Monday that the remaining conditions precedent provided under the investment agreement signed between Tessellis, OpNet and GO internet for the implementation of Tessellis' previously announced investment transaction in GO internet have been fulfilled. The companies, therefore, agreed to proceed with the closing of the transaction.

The agreement provided that, Tessellis, through a possible corporate vehicle, would acquire a trade receivable owed by OpNet to GO Internet and subscribe to a reserved capital increase of GO Internet by offsetting this receivable, up to a maximum amount of approximately EUR3.4 million.

SIT also does well, up 4.2 percent to EUR1.98 per share. The stock continues in the bullish trend that has seen it gain 7.0% in the last month, but has given up 19% in the last six and 52% in the last twelve.

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

----------

Compagnia Immobiliare Azionaria gives up 5.7 percent to EUR0.04 per share. The stock has given up 5.7% in the last month and 22% in the last year, but has rallied 3.8% in the last six months.
