On January 24, 2023, Tessco Technologies Incorporated (the "Company") issued a press release which contained, among other things, an announcement of the Company's preliminary financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2023, ended December 25, 2022. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. Final third quarter results are expected to be announced on February 7, 2023.
