(Alliance News) - Tenaris SA reported the purchase of 4.7 million shares between June 17 and June 21. The shares were taken over at an average price of EUR14.4860 for a total value of EUR67.8 million.
As a result of these purchases, the company holds 39.1 million or 2.7 percent of the share capital.
