In regards to the Rights Issue of our Company which has been opened on Monday 22nd August, 2022 and is slated to close on Monday 05th September, 2022.

The company hereby informs NSE Limited extension of the last date for Rights Equity Shares of the Company by fifteen (15) days i.e from September, 2022.

making an application for the 05th September, 2022 to 20th
