Telekom Slovenije launches a special mobile data roaming option for Croatia, and recommends watching TV on the NEO and NEO TV Lite apps while on vacation
Many Slovenians travel to Croatia for the May Day holidays. Telekom Slovenije has once again prepared a special option for its mobile subscribers that brings additional gigabytes while roaming, and recommends its TV subscribers to use the NEO and NEO TV Lite apps to watch top TV content even when abroad.
Even though Croatia is part of the European Union, and that mobile subscription plans already include data allowances for roaming, a third of Telekom Slovenije's subscribers opt to purchase additional allowance when roaming in Croatia. Telekom Slovenije has launched the HR-internet Plus option, which comes with 15 GB of data allowance for a period of 7 days, and which will be active between 19 April and 3 May.
From 19 April 2023 the refreshed HR-internet option is also available, and it comes with a monthly data allowance that now includes even more gigabytes at the same price as before. The HR-internet option costs EUR 9.95 per month and now comes with 30 GB of data allowance (previously 20 GB).
When a user is roaming, first their data allowance from the HR-internet is used up, and only then the gigabytes that come with their mobile subscription plan. Both options are easy to activate using the Moj Telekom portal or via SMS. NAJ mobile subscription plans come with an abundance of data allowance for roaming in EU-rate countries.
Subscribers can watch TV on the NEO TV platform even when on vacation. NEO is also available abroad with the NEO mobile app, the NEO TV Lite smart TV app, or in a web browser at Neo.io. The NEO TV Lite app is available on television sets with the Android TV 7.0 Nougat (API 24) operating system or later, on LG television sets with the webOS TV 3.0 operating system or later, on Samsung television sets with the Tizen operating system (2018 or later), and on Hisense television sets with the Vidaa operating system (U4 or later).
