Technogym takes over 65,800 of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - Technogym Spa reported Tuesday that it bought back 65,843 of its own ordinary shares between Jan. 8 and Jan. 12.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR8.85, for a total consideration of EUR581,085.29.

As of today, the company holds 1.0 million treasury shares, or 0.1 percent of its share capital.

Technogym is down 1.0 percent to EUR8.87 per share.
