Gallarate (VA), 27th January, 2023 - The Board of Directors of TPS (TPS: IM), operational holding of the TPS Group, leading company in technical services and engineering for the aeronautical and automotive industries, hereby announces the corporate events calendar, for the 2023 financial year:

March 24th, 2023: Board of Directors

Approval of the consolidated financial statements and the draft financial statements as at 31 December 2022.

April 28th, 2023: Ordinary meeting

Approval of the financial statements as at 31st December, 2022. Presentation of the consolidated financial statements.

September 22nd, 2023: Board of Directors

Approval of the consolidated interim financial report as at 30th June, 2023.
