A Barford family welcomed in the New Year in their new home after moving to the Avonbridge Walk development stress-free thanks to our Part Exchange initiative.

Joanna and Ben Linfield had lived in Barford for some time with their son George, and knew they wanted to remain within the village due to the great connections to local towns and cities such as Leamington Spa and Birmingham, as well as the highly-rated schools within the catchment area. With a new addition to the family on the way, the Linfields knew they would need to seek out a home with some more space for their growing family. When they discovered that we were building in the village and they could take advantage of initiatives such as Part Exchange to make the move-in process easier, they quickly reserved a four-bedroom Shelford home at our Avonbridge Walk development.

Joanna, 35, said: 'We knew that we wanted to buy from Taylor Wimpey as the build quality was so high and we felt they offered everything we needed. What's more, we've been based in Barford for some time and didn't want to relocate too far - so having this great development on our doorstep and close to brilliant schools for our children was a massive plus. The purchasing process was plain sailing and welcoming in 2019 in our Shelford was truly wonderful.'

Anne Wallace, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, added: 'It's always brilliant to hear about our happy customers. At Taylor Wimpey we're proud of both the quality of the homes we provide and the initiatives we offer to help make purchasing one of our homes as easy as possible. Avonbridge Walk is one of our newer developments with a number of plots available. Barford is a real hidden gem with great connections to so many cities in the Midlands; it's always best to see this development in person to fully appreciate the growing community within it.'
