Taylor Wimpey : Family find dream home at Pine Trees

Owen (32) and Louise (34) along with their two sons, aged 3 and 1, are settling into life in their dream home at our Pine Trees development in High Wycombe.

The family moved from a three bedroom mid terrace house to their new four bedroom detached Malting house type last year after wanting more space to suit their family lifestyle.

Louise said: 'When we decided to start looking for a new home, we knew that we wanted an extra bedroom, a bigger kitchen/diner and a larger garden. Not only have we found this with the Malting but we have the added bonus of a utility room and home office which is perfect, especially at the moment. The house looks over the beautiful countryside and the boys love watching the wildlife that visits us.'

Commenting on why they chose to buy with Taylor Wimpey, Owen said: 'The idea of a home being ready to move into and not having to worry about renovations was very appealing to us. When we started house hunting we were a family of three so when our youngest son came along, we were even more attracted to the Taylor Wimpey homes. The layout of Pine Trees, our budget and the timescales of the properties being built worked perfectly with the selling of our home so there was nothing holding us back.'

Louise added: 'The development has so much to offer. We love the thought of being able to walk to the primary school on site and the play parks and surrounding woods means we can get out and explore - something we love to do. We are lucky enough to have friends already at Pine Trees who confirmed to us that it was a friendly and helpful community and we look forward to our future at Pine Trees.'
