Target Insurance Limited Announces Resignation of Wei Weicheng as Executive Director and Cessation to Act as Member of Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Committee

The board of directors of Target Insurance (Holdings) Limited announced that Mr. Wei Weicheng has resigned as an executive Director with effect from 25 August 2021. Following the resignation of Mr. Wei, he also ceased to be a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee and risk committee of the Board with effect from 25 August 2021.
