Result of EGM
On 13 August 2013, Taliesin Property Fund Limited ("Taliesin" or the "Company") published a prospectus in connection with the Placing of up to 30 million new Zero Dividend Preference Shares and on 2 September 2013 the Board announced that the Company had placed 11,637,268 ZDP Shares as part of the Initial Placing with certain institutional and other investors at 100 pence per share with Gross Proceeds amounting to approximately £11.6 million.
The Issue was conditional upon the Company obtaining Shareholderapproval and the Board of Taliesin is now pleased to announce that all Resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed and the proxy voting figures received are shown below:

Admission and dealings
An application has been made for the ZDP Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 September 2013. It is anticipated that CREST accounts will be credited (where applicable) on the same day and new share certificates will be issued in the week commencing 9 September 2013.
Following Admission, the Company's share capital will comprise 4,193,771 Ordinary Shares (of which 10,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury) and 11,637,268 ZDP Shares.
