Wealth Media Technology Co. Ltd. (WMT) approved to make new loans to Taiwan Mobile Co. Ltd. (TWM). Amount of the new loan is TWD 3,000,000,000 and total accumulated loan to TWM is TWD 3,000,000,000. TWD 1.7 billion loan is the ceiling amount as authorized by the Board to the Chairman for multiple draw-downs or revolving credit to the same borrower, effective Jan. 25, 2017. The remaining TWM 1.3 billion loan approved by the Board is on a non-revolving basis, effective Jan. 25, 2017. Based on the interest rate of a 6-month Taipei Interbank Offered Rate (TAIBOR), one business day prior to borrowing plus 0.30%. Interest payments shall be settled every 180 days.
