Taiwan Business Bank, Ltd. announced unaudited consolidated financial results for the month and year ended December 31, 2017. For the month, the company reported consolidated income before miscellaneous provision and tax of TWD 670,699,000, after deducting miscellaneous provision of TWD 899,495,000, loss before tax was TWD 228,796,000, loss after tax was TWD 232,578,000.
For the year, the company reported consolidated income before miscellaneous provision and tax of TWD 8,902,471,000, after deducting miscellaneous provision of TWD 3,105,590,000, income before tax was TWD 5,796,881,000, income after tax was TWD 4,842,417,000, EPS before tax was TWD 0.94, EPS after tax was TWD 0.79, and book value per share was TWD 12.33.
