reported an unaudited consolidated income, before miscellaneous provision
and tax, of NT $1,648,851 thousand dollars. After deducting miscellaneous
provision of NT $458,631 thousand dollars, the unaudited consolidated
income before tax was NT $1,190,220 thousand dollars (the unaudited
consolidated income from continuing operations before tax was NT $1,190,220
thousand dollars), the unaudited consolidated income after tax was NT
$1,132,262 thousand dollars. For the seven months ended July 31 2022, the
Bank reported an unaudited consolidated income, before miscellaneous
provision and tax, of NT $7,686,535 thousand dollars. After deducting
miscellaneous provision of NT $1,443,833 thousand dollars, the unaudited
consolidated income before tax was NT $6,242,702 thousand dollars (the
unaudited consolidated income from continuing operations before tax was
NT $6,242,702 thousand dollars), the unaudited consolidated income after
tax was NT $5,268,429 thousand dollars, consolidated EPS before tax was
NT$0.81 dollars, consolidated EPS after tax was NT$0.68 dollars,
consolidated book value per share was NT$12.99 dollars.
