FRAUNHOFER and SWARCO present CHARGELOUNGE at Hannover Fair

Fraunhofer Institute IAO and SWARCO jointly present the ChargeLounge concept at 2014 Hannover Fair.

The ChargeLounge intends to offer an attractive infrastructure for the fast-charging of electrical vehicles with direct current. While the car is charged, the driver has the possibility to have a conference room for a meeting at hand, to use wireless LAN and to have coffee and soft drinks.

On April 9th, SWARCO CEO Cees de Wijsand Executive Board President Manfred Swarovski (5th from right) paid a visit to the Baden-Württemberg booth to have a closer look at the concept. SWARCO TRAFFIC SYSTEMS GmbH is the partner to install and operate the ChargeLounges.
