SUTL Enterprise Limited announced that Mr. Colin Ng Teck Sim, an independent director and Chairman of the Nominating Committee as well as member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, is retiring due to health reasons. His retirement takes effect on 30 December 2019.
