"The many awards Sunrise wins each year clearly show: We are the leading quality provider in every sense - from out network through to our offers and customer service up to the Shops. We have now overtaken the previously leading provider in all respects. This is the result of our quality strategy, in which we have been investing for years, and which we will continue to pursue all along the line in the interest of our customers", explains a delighted André Krause, CEO of Sunrise, commenting on receiving the award once again.
For the connect mobile shop test, 78 shop checks were carried out in 13 cities across Switzerland, taking a closer look at the facilities of the shop/ambiance, conduct of the shop employees, rate advice, device advice and service advice. As in the previous two years, Sunrise managed to bring home an overall victory in all categories and left the competition behind.
The Sunrise flagship store at Bahnhofstrasse 87 in Zurich showed a particularly strong performance. Here Sunrise offers private and business customers not only the complete Sunrise product world, but also an on-site repair center, an Apple shop-in-shop concept, a Samsung world of experience and, of course, the extraordinarily competent quality of service and advice to which our customers are accustomed in all 95 stores throughout Switzerland.
