SUMO LOGIC, INC. : Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant (form 8-K)

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On January 24, 2023, Sumo Logic, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company" and "Sumo Logic") entered into a Sublease Agreement with Delphix Corp., a Delaware corporation (the "Sublease") with respect to the Company's rental of office space located at 855 Main Street, Redwood City, California 94063.

The term of the Sublease is February 1, 2023 through May 31, 2027 (the "Term") and is for 24,337 square feet. Under the Sublease, the Company is obligated to pay fixed monthly rent over the Term totaling approximately $10.6 million.
