CNNC held its Extraordinary General Meeting of 2019 on 14 February 2019, during which the company approved the election of Peng Xinying, Zhang uowei, Chen Jianping, Li Hongbo, Lei Yingjun and Yu Jinhui as non-independent directors of the company. Approved the election of Wang Wang Dezhong, Zheng Hongtao and Tang Haiyan as independent directors of the company. Approved the election of Chen Guang and Chen Gang as independent directors of the company.

The Companyâs main products include gate valves, stop valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves and regulating valves, among others.
