STrust Co. Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended November 30, 2018. For the period, net sales were JPY 8,002 million against JPY 8,104 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 535 million against JPY 623 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 313 million against JPY 359 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 50.88 against JPY 58.36 a year ago.
For the fiscal year ending February 28, 2019, on consolidated basis, the company expects JPY 15,400 million, operating income of JPY 1,360 million, and net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 810 million or JPY 131.34 per share.
STrust Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate sale business in Yamaguchi and Kyushu Area. The Company operates in three business segments. The Real Estate Sale segment is mainly engaged in the planning, development and sale of apartment buildings. The Real Estate Management segment is engaged in the apartment management, property insurance agency business, as well as sale of interior products. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in leasing of offices and commercial facilities. The others business is engaged in sale and brokerage of real estate.
