Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire Silver Lake Property from 9 Mile Investments for $13.3 million on November 21, 2016. The purchase price is subject to customary closing costs and proration adjustments. Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. funded the purchase using borrowings under revolving credit facility with KeyBank. Philip D. Voorhees, Todd Goodman, Preston Fetrow, Kirk Brummer, Megan Wood, Matt Burson, Jimmy Slusher and John Read of CBRE and its National Retail Partners - West team represented the seller. Buyer was also represented by CBRE's NRP-West.
