The Company 'STELIOS KANAKIS S.A.' (hereinafter the «Company»), in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and of article 17 par. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 , notifies investors, that pursuant to the special tax audit for fiscal year 2015, which was conducted by the legal auditor of the Company in accordance with article 65A of law 4174/2013, a respective tax certificate has been issued with conclusion without reservation.
