Steel Strips Wheels Limited Announces Resignation of Andra Veetil Unnikrishnan as Deputy Managing Director (Executive Director), Member of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Committee, Risk Management Committee, Share Transfer Committee & Finance Committee

Steel Strips Wheels Limited announced that Sh. Andra Veetil Unnikrishnan, who occupies the post of Deputy Managing Director (Executive Director) of the Company and, has been associated with the group since 1980 overseeing various portfolios and presently aged 69 years, has informed us that due to his age he has decided to step down from the post of Deputy Managing Director (Executive Director) of the company. This shall be effective from the close of business hours of 10.06.2024 as informed In his resignation letter dated 10.06.20 24 .

However, he shall remain associated with the company in other capacity on whole time basis. Pursuant to his stepping down from the post of Deputy Managing Director (Executive Director), he shall cease to be a member of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Committee, Risk Management Committee, Share Transfer Committee & Finance Committee of t he Board of Directors of the company with effect from the close of business hours on June 10, 2024 .
