UpperSolution.com (OTCPK:URSL) acquired Analog Nest Technologies, Inc. from Paul Gonzalez for $0.18 million on January 10, 2018. Under the terms of the agreement, UpperSolution will issue 0.1 million shares. The transaction is subject to third party consent, due diligence review of financial statements and approval of Board of Directors of UpperSolution.
