Insynergy Products, Inc. Accepts the Resignation Mark Spallucci's as Director

The Board of Directors of Insynergy Products, Inc. has accepted Mark Spallucci's resignation as a director of the Company. Mr. Spallucci's resignation is effective as of January 5, 2016 and he has resigned his directorship to pursue other interests. At this time, the Board of Directors does not intend to fill the vacancy on the board resulting from Mr. Spallucci's departure.
Starco Brands, Inc. is a consumer goods company. The Company operates in three segments: Starco Brands, Skylar, and Soylent. The Starco Brands segment is engaged in the development and sales of consumer goods products. The Starco Brands segment includes STCB, AOS, Whipshots Holdings and Whipshots LLC. The Skylar segment is involved in the sale of fragrances. The Soylent segment is engaged in the sale of nutritional products, mainly drinks.
