Insynergy, Inc. Elects Mark Spallucci to its Board

On June 22, 2012, Insynergy, Inc. elected Mark Spallucci to fill an existing vacancy on the board of directors. Mr. Spallucci, age 44, has been for more then the last 10 years a partner in Paravista, a printing and promotional company, and for the last 5 years has held the title of Managing Partner. In this roll he is responsible for directing the development of client focused solutions for new product launches, brand line extensions and custom overseas products.
Starco Brands, Inc. is a consumer goods company. The Company operates in three segments: Starco Brands, Skylar, and Soylent. The Starco Brands segment is engaged in the development and sales of consumer goods products. The Starco Brands segment includes STCB, AOS, Whipshots Holdings and Whipshots LLC.
