ASX ANNOUNCEMENT SRG SECURES PARTNER FOR NORTH AMERICA DAM EXPANSION STRATEGY Highlights

• Agreement signed with Traylor Bros., Inc. to target dam strengthening market in US and Canada
• 50 / 50 Joint Venture company to be established
• Utilises SRG's global market leading position in dam strengthening and Traylor Bros' 70 years' experience in complex civil infrastructure projects in North America

SRG Limited (ASX: SRG) ("SRG"), a leading complex services company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to target the dam strengthening market in the US and Canada with Traylor Bros., Inc. (Traylor Bros).

SRG are a global market leader in the dam strengthening market and are currently executing dam strengthening works both domestically and internationally utilising world record capacity dam anchors.

Traylor Bros are a US market leader in the delivery of complex civil infrastructure and underground works with 70 years of history operating across North America.

SRG Managing Director, David Macgeorge stated, "I am delighted that we have signed an agreement with Traylor Bros to jointly pursue the North American dam strengthening market. Both companies have a strong history and cultural alignment in delivering complex civil infrastructure.

Traylor Bros have an outstanding track record and 70 years of history in North America and bring significant capability and relationships to the new joint venture."

Traylor Bros Co President, Michael Traylor stated, "We are excited to partner with SRG utilising their proven track record in high capacity dam anchors combined with our market leading position in the delivery of complex civil infrastructure in North America."
