SPS Commerce, Inc. announced that James J. Frome was appointed as the company's President effective as of January 6, 2022. Frome served as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August 2012, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from March 2001 to August 2012, and Vice President of Marketing from July 2000 to March 2001. Archie C. Black will remain as Chief Executive Officer but no longer serves as President.
