Ratingen, 19 January 2023 - SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, announces an agreement signed end of December 2022 for the acquisition of 100% of General Property. With this acquisition, SPIE strengthens its market position and becomes the market leader for technical facility management (TechFM) in Poland.

General Property is a leading player for technical facility management services in Poland. The company is headquartered in Warsaw and has a presence throughout Poland at its customers' sites. General Property employs around 500 highly qualified employees and generated revenue of € 24 million in 2021.
