THL Appoints Somyot Poompanmoung as Chairman of Audit Committee

Pursuant to the Board of Directors Meeting held on February 19, 2013, THL informed that the Audit Committee has appointed Somyot Poompanmoung, Independent Director, as Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective February 18, 2013.
