Southern Concrete Pile Public Company Limited announced that at its AGM held on July 21, 2020, it approved the resignation of Pongpayome Vasaputi from the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee. He will still be in the position of Chairman of the Board of Director and Independent Director. It approved the appointment of Bonguea Limsuebchuea to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee. It also approved the appointment of Police Colonel Somyos Kaewbangkerd to be the Audit Committee and Independent Director.
