Konosuke Fukada signed share transfer agreement to acquire Sophia Medical Co., Ltd from Sophia Holdings Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:6942) for ¥200 on August 27, 2018. Under the terms, Konosuke Fukada will acquire 200 share of Sophia Medical Co., Ltd. For the fiscal year ended March 2018, Sophia Medical Co., Ltd reported total assets of ¥51.8 million, net assets of ¥10.84 million, sales of ¥98.73 million, operating income of ¥5.9 million and net income of ¥4.2 million. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Sophia Holdings at the meeting held on August 27, 2018. The transaction is expected to be completed by September 1, 2018.
