(Alliance News) - Somec Spa announced Monday that Flavio Chiari has been appointed managing director of Mestieri Srl, the parent company of the division "Mestieri: design and creation of customized interiors," with the aim of strengthening the process of internal managerialization and accelerating the Group's growth path, which finds in Mestieri one of the main strategic drivers.

Somec trades in the green by 3.8 percent at EUR29.80 per share.
