Cattolica Assicurazioni S.p.A., a subsidiary of the Generali Group, hereby announces that Laura Santori, non-executive and independent director, has resigned, due to professional commitments that do not allow her to dedicate the necessary time to the role, from her position as Director of Cattolica and, at the same time, as member of the Management Control Committee.
Laura Santori joined Cattolica's Board of Directors on May 14, 2021. It should be noted that, as of the date of her resignation, Santori did not hold any shares in Cattolica.
The Company's Board of Directors thanks Laura Santori for her work over the past few months and wishes her the best of professional fortunes.
