An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 50% stake in Trilenium S.A. from Sociedad Comercial del Plata S.A. for approximately ARS 110 million.

Cristóbal López agreed to acquire 50% stake in Trilenium S.A. from Sociedad Comercial del Plata S.A. (BASE:COME) for approximately ARS 110 million on January 23, 2014. Under the terms, 15 million shares will be acquired. The deal is subject to obtaining the relevant approvals.
