San Donato Milanese (Milan), 19 January 2018 - During the period from 12 to 18 January 2018, Snam acquired n. 5,197,434 own shares at an average price per share equal to 4.0767 euro, for an aggregate amount of 21,188,454.61 euro. The purchases were made within the share buyback programme, pursuant to the resolution of the Shareholder Meeting on 11 April 2017, whose continuation was announced to the market on 12 January 2018, pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
On the basis of information provided by the intermediary agent appointed for the implementation of the share buyback program, the details of the purchases of treasury shares on the MTA (Electronic Stock Market) on a daily basis are reported below:

Since November 2016 Snam acquired n. 89,985,800 own shares (equal to 2.57% of the share capital), for an aggregate amount of 333,929,076.10 euro.
Following the purchases announced today, and taking into consideration the treasury shares already held, on 18 January 2018 Snam holds n. 91,113,050 shares equal to 2.60% of the share capital.
