Appointment by co-option of a member of the Board of Directors Milan, 26 June 2017 - Snaitech S.p.A. informs that today the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Roberto Maestroni as non-executive Board member to replace Mr. Angelo Giovannone, who resigned on 22 June 2017 due to further professional commitments. As of today, none of the two board members are shareholders of the company.

The appointment of the new member of the Board of Directors, who will be effective until the next Shareholders meeting, has been conducted in compliance with art. 14 of the corporate Bylaws.

The Board of Directors has also acknowledged that the Statutory Auditors (appointed by the Shareholders' meeting on 26 May 2017) performed on 19 June 2017 all the controls required by art. 144-novies of the Consob regulation on Issuers and by implementation criteria 8.C.1 of the Code of Conducts, to ascertain suitability of all the Board members.
