Wooridul Huebrain Limited (KOSE:A118000) agreed to acquire HBio &Company Co., Ltd. from Youngsook Lee, Hong Ji-yong and Hong Ji-wan for KRW 15.5 billion on March 11, 2021. As reported, Wooridul Huebrain Limited will acquire 4,000 shares in HBio &Company Co., Ltd. The consideration will be paid in cash as lump sum payment on March 11, 2021. Wooridul Huebrain will finance the acquisition using own funds, long-term borrowing, etc. For the year ended 2020, HBio &Company reported total assets of KRW 4.3 billion, total equity of KRW 2.7 billion and net income of KRW 1.2 billion. The Board of Directors of Wooridul Huebrain Limited resolved the transaction on March 11, 2021. The scheduled date of transfer is March 11, 2021.
