An unknown buyer entered into an agreement to acquire Property at 225 Duncan Mill Road in Greater Toronto Area from Slate Office REIT (TSX:SOT.UN) for CAD 27.3 million on January 23, 2019. This transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2019. Slate Office expects to use the net proceeds to reduce outstanding debt.
