Sky ICT Public Company Limited agreed to acquire 46.8% stake in SAL Group Company Limited from Triple i Logistics Public Company Limited and My Box Company Limited for approximately THB 210 million.

Sky ICT Public Company Limited (SET:SKY) agreed to acquire 46.8% stake in SAL Group (Thailand) Company Limited from Triple i Logistics Public Company Limited (SET:III) and My Box Company Limited for approximately THB 210 million on July 14, 2020. Under the transaction, Triple i Logistics will dispose 0.873 million ordinary shares and 0.04 million preference shares from Triple i Logistics representing 33.2% stake of total shares. MY BOX COMPANY LIMITED will dispose 0.334 million ordinary shares and 0.04 million preferred shares, representing 13.6% of total shares.

The transaction is financed with cash from working capital. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including SAL Group approval for change in shareholders from Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited before entering transaction. Board of Directors of Triple i Logistics Public and Sky ICT Public Company resolved to approve the transaction of SAL Group.
