On September 20, 2018, Michael Durden informed SITO Mobile, Ltd. that he would not stand for re-election to the company’s Board of Directors upon the expiration of his current term at the company’s 2018 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Durden will continue to serve as a member of the Board and of each Board committee on which he currently serves until the expiration of his current term.
