SITI B&T : a key player at the 30th edition of Ceramics China

One of the most important events dedicated to the ceramics industry is scheduled in Guangzhu from the 1st to the 4th of June.

From the 1st to the 4th of June 2017 SITI B&T Group S.p.A., a manufacturer of complete plants for the world ceramic industry listed on the AIM Italia stock market (Ticker: SITI), takes part to the 30th edition of Ceramics China exhibition in Guangzhou, the biggest coastal city in Southern China.

SITI B&T's presence at the Chinese fair witnesses its strong presence in the Asian market and it reflects its global leadership as a complete plant supplier capable of providing ceramic manufacturers the world over with cutting-edge solutions from raw materials preparation through to finishing based on the concepts of Industry 4.0 and Green technologies. All the companies belonging to the Group will welcome visitors at booth K203-Hall 3.2 in order to provide them with a complete technological offer for both ceramics and whiteware.

Here, they will have the opportunity to deepen the GREENFIRE® XXL kiln for big slabs - which delivers unmatched energy efficiency with fuel savings of 30% and a more than a 25% increase in productivity - and SUPERA®, the new frontier of pressing for XXL slabs and panels which combines versatility and flexibility with high energy efficiency.

Amongst the solutions for the end-of-line stage, Ancora is presenting the biggest innovation PoliDry, a dry honing machine which delivers a number of major advantages: significant energy savings due to the fact that drying is not required after machining; no sludge or wastewater produced; lower costs due to the absence of a water system; no building work needed; and a healthier workplace. Moreover, Ancora is exhibiting the XXL Dry Squaring Speed, the advanced dry squaring machine for all kinds of ceramic materials with unparalleled levels of efficiency and productivity.

In the field of digital decoration, Projecta Engineering is presenting the G5 XXL, the first machine completely modular for large ceramic slabs and the new generation of EVO family, with a particular focus on EvoDRYFIX XXL is the first digital printer that combines drop-on-demand inkjet technology with dry application technology capable of applying grits of various particles sizes with guaranteed maximum stability and repeatability.

Digital Design is presenting its Colour Management solution for processing digital images and optimizing the decoration process from scanning through to printing, with live demonstrations of chart reading to check colours, create CC colour profiles, hard and soft proof tiles, etc.

In the sanitary ware division, B&T White personnel will be present to illustrate the revolutionary Circle Maverick high-pressure casting machine and the innovative range of porous resin moulds.

SITI B&T has been present in China since 1999 and last year, during the last edition of Ceramics China, it inaugurated in Gaoming a new eco-friendly facility, which covers a built space of 8.000 sqm, representing a fundamental hub for the whole Asian market.

SITI B&T has posted double-figure growth in revenues and net profits in 2016. The value of production rose by 14.3% compared to 2015 to reach 209 million euros, largely driven by growth in sales of complete lines for ceramic tile production.
