Schemes of arrangement - Correction to timetable

Further to today's announcement regarding the results of the shareholder meetings, the Company advises that the record date for determining entitlements under both schemes of arrangement will be 5.00pm on Tuesday, 15 September 2015.
A corrected timetable is set out below.

Tuesday, 22 September 2015	Acquisition Scheme Implementation Date
